4a Engaging in Reflective Practice

Consistently reflecting on teaching experience, lesson design, and student success is a practice that all effective educators partake in. This practice allows me to revise and adjust approaches to teaching and figure what are the best practices for me. Below is a reflection of my time and growth in the Rutgers Graduate School of Education, Dance Education program. This reflection covers my time in the program and how my perspective on teaching has changed since September 2022.
