4b Documenting Student Progress

Maintaining accurate records and measurements of student progress allow me to track student growth and learning over time. During my full-time student teaching experience, I recorded student grades and assessments in Genesis, which allows students and parents to monitor grades. I also maintained personal records with student grades; below is an example of what my spreadsheets look like, this assignment was assessed twice, once upon initial submission and once after students had the opportunity to revise their work. Student names were left of the image for anonymity.
