4d Contributing to School Community and Culture

Immersing oneself in the school community and culture is helpful in developing a stronger bond with students and creating meaningful, long-lasting relationships. One way of becoming involved is participating in school activities and events. Below are a couple examples of participation in theme days at my full-time clinical internship site. Students enjoyed seeing teachers participate alongside them and became more invested and willing to participate class activities.
